Mt. Juliet Lowe's theft arrest

Mount Juliet Police Department performed a traffic stop that ended in arrests.

Officers initiated the stop after the vehicle failed to stay in its own lane. 

During the stop, officers found the car’s occupants in possession of stolen goods from Lowe’s.

The driver admitted to stealing the merchandise from the store. The passenger was found to have an active warrant for Violation of Probation as well as a sealed indictment for the sale of methamphetamine.

During further investigation, officers located marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine and a firearm in the vehicle.

Both men have been arrested and booked into the Wilson County Jail.
